About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality, timely one-to-one executive support including dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
You will support with wider coordination work across the team, which will include management of shared team inboxes, minutes, team travel and finance.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand

To be successful you must be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle changing priorities, work cross-culturally and be someone that naturally enjoys an environment and role that is constantly changing.Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive and their team Needs to draw on extensive administrative experience typically supported with professional qualifications
