Food and Beverage Duty Manager

As the Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage facilities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily restaurant, bar and conference activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards.

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitoring guest reservations
• Assisting in menu planning and special promotions.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.
• Ensuring a positive and safe working environment for all team members.
• Follow and implement the supply of Alcohol Act.
• Train all staff in food and beverage service to the Lodges standard.
• Responsible for optimising restaurant sales via upselling, coaching and training.

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative skills
• Previous experience in a customer service.
• Ability to think of your feet and work by yourself.
• Current Duty Manager Licence or ability to obtain one.
