**He angitutanga | The Opportunity**

This is a **Permanent Full Time position with 40 hours per week during education terms.**

• Supervise and allocate tasks to F&B staff during shifts, supporting service delivery and assisting with food preparation when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to customer needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee food and beverage service, including table service, beverage dispensing, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Maintain clean, organised, and hygienic front- and back-of-house environments, including equipment cleaning and waste handling.
• Complete cash-handling duties, prepare espresso beverages, communicate effectively with the team, and uphold all company policies and safety requirements.

• Hold NZQCF Level 4 or have at least three years’ relevant hospitality and supervisory experience.
• A natural leader with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable with strong customer service focus and a passion for hospitality.
• Physically fit, well-presented, and able to thrive under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
• Able to obtain a Police Clearance and committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards.
