**He angitutanga | The Opportunity**
As the **F&B Supervisor**, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, lead and support a front-of-house team, and ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. You will play a hands-on role in service, staff coordination, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment that meets the needs of both clients and customers.This is a **Permanent Full Time position with 40 hours per week during education terms.**
**Ko o kawenga | Your Responsibilities**- Supervise and allocate tasks to F&B staff during shifts, supporting service delivery and assisting with food preparation when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to customer needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including table service, beverage dispensing, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain clean, organised, and hygienic front- and back-of-house environments, including equipment cleaning and waste handling.
- Complete cash-handling duties, prepare espresso beverages, communicate effectively with the team, and uphold all company policies and safety requirements.
- Hold NZQCF Level 4 or have at least three years’ relevant hospitality and supervisory experience.
- A natural leader with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable with strong customer service focus and a passion for hospitality.
- Physically fit, well-presented, and able to thrive under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
- Able to obtain a Police Clearance and committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards.
