You bring deep sector knowledge, a commitment to equity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality, patient-focused outcomes. With a collaborative leadership style, you influence at senior levels, foster professional growth, and champion best practice, safety, and continuous improvement across services.You will have the following skills and experience:Relevant postgraduate qualification and current registration/practising certification (where applicable), with at least 10 years experienceProven senior leadership experience with strong knowledge of clinical quality, best practice, and health system deliveryDemonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and advancing equitable health outcomesExceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence across clinical, operational, and community stakeholdersHigh levels of integrity, adaptability, and accountability, with a focus on developing people and driving service excellenceWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
