Role:
This role is suited to an experienced Civil Foreman Operator with proven capability in organising and managing multiple projects and crews. You'll be proficient operating excavators and driving heavy 18 speed trucks. Quality focused, you'll bring your years of experience to lead crews across the earthworks space - Ensuring site production stays on track and meets / exceeds deadlines.

Our client operates with modern GPS equipment, so experience with these systems is a must - Estimating & quoting experience is desired but not essential to assist the office team. There is potential for the right candidate to grow into the management space with contract / pricing training.
What We're Looking For:
- Foreman with a minimum of 5+ years' experience running crews in earthworks / civil construction
- Experience operating excavators with GPS systems
- Class 4 License with Road Ranger experience
- Confident in reading and interpreting plans
- Able to anticipate risks and implement practical solutions
- Experience with estimating & quoting is desired but not essential
