We are opening a new restaurant & bar in Blenheim, blending New Zealand’s finest ingredients with the heart and soul of Japanese cuisine.We’re looking for passionate people to join our opening team and help create something special from day one!

¦ Chef
Join our kitchen and bring creative dishes to life using Japanese or Western techniques.- Estimated salary: $60,000+ per year (negotiable based on experience)
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience required
- Knowledge in Japanese or Western cuisine (or both!) highly valued
- ¦ Dining Manager
- Must hold a Manager’s Certificate
- Pay rate: From $28/hour (negotiable based on experience & performance)
- Prior leadership or hospitality management experience is a plus!
¦ Kitchen Hand
No experience? No problem — we welcome motivated individuals ready to grow!- Starting rate: $23.50/hour
- Quick pay rises possible based on attitude and ability
- Responsibilities include food prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen support
