Customer service Representative- Logistics
We are seeking motivated Customer Services Representative who has worked in a customer care role within a high volume Warehouse and logistics industry
This role will be responsible for- Managing day-to-day servicing of a set clients ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved, internal SOPs are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide quotes/estimates for various projects working with commercial team
- Compile end of month charges for client billing
- Attend client meetings when required
- Management of day to day service and expectations of customer
- Liaise with client on orders going out
- Log client orders and manage orders up to order becoming a shipment
- Receive and manage any customer complaints/service queries
- 2+ years of Warehousing experience and customer service experience
- use of powerpoint presentation and have advance excel skills
- Be proficient with all Microsoft platforms
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Use initiative and be ago getter and problem solver
- Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
