Factory / Manufacturing Production Workers - Christchurch

I am looking for switched-on, experienced factory and manufacturing production workers to join a busy team. If you’ve got a solid background in production work, a proven work ethic, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves – this could be the role for you!

What we’re after:

• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
• Experience operating saws and laminators is a real bonus
• Must have your own safety boots that meet NZ standards
• Current NZ driver’s licence is essential
• Good communicator and a genuine team player
• Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work immediately
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• References available from recent roles
• Drug free – regular testing will occur

Bonus points if you also have:

• Forklift license
• Experience with side loaders, combi lifts, or other heavy machinery
• Any other relevant tickets or licenses – let us know!

• Operating machinery and handling materials
• Working to production schedules and meeting daily targets
• Following all Health & Safety protocols
• Keeping your workspace clean and efficient
• Quality control to ensure top standards are met
