Facilities/Operations Administrator - Part Time
- Permanent Part Time position, 12.00 pm to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Provide facilities and operations support within a close-knit supportive team.
- $30.00 per hour
- Hornby, Christchurch location
This part time opportunity will allow you to utilise your proven facilities and operations skills and experience. Working Monday to Friday from 12.00 pm to 5.30 pm, your afternoons will be kept busy with a range of responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist with Health and Safety requirements, maintain documentation and database information.
- Coordinate facilities and operational requests and liaise with contractors.
- Frontline reception, answering calls and responding to queries.
- Ordering supplies.
- Completing finance administration tasks.
- Coordinating and attending meetings, taking action point minutes.
