Graphic Designer / Customer service

Vast Print (WMS Print & Sign) is a well-established print and signage company based in East Tamaki, Auckland. We’re a small, close-knit team producing a wide variety of work, so no two days are ever the same. Our projects are based across the Auckland region, and we operate state-of-the-art printers and equipment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on and diverse role covering both graphic design and customer service. You’ll be working on a wide range of print and signage projects, including:
Flyers, brochures, menus, business cards
Signage (indoor & outdoor)
Vehicle signage and wraps
You’ll work independently on your own jobs, while also being part of a team and helping out in other areas when required.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in producing high-quality output and is willing to go the extra mile for customers.

You will be:
Self-motivated, adaptable, and hardworking
A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout and design
Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar print/signage role
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal directly with clients
Strong layout, typography, and visualisation skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to learn new software and operate printers, digital presses, and some finishing equipment
Comfortable working on PC computers (We don't use Mac here)
Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is an advantage
A “can-do” attitude is a must
Location & Eligibility
Must be currently in New Zealand and available for an interview
Must be a NZ Citizen, NZ Resident, or hold a valid NZ Work Visa
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
