Office Administrative Support – Full Time

Contact Displays is a well-established company with over 20 years’ experience providing POS display stands, printing, signage, lamination, installations, and graphic design services. We are a small, friendly team based in Penrose and are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Administrative Support person to join us.

Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting daily office operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors and assist across administration, accounts, and general office duties.

Key Duties
  • Answer phone calls and manage email and mail correspondence
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Data entry and general office administration
  • Assist with invoicing and basic accounting (MYOB)
  • Order office and production supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with meetings and appointments
  • Provide friendly customer service to clients and visitors
  • Help in production when required
  • Other duties the manager will require from time to time
Skills & Experience
  • Previous admin experience helpful but not essential
  • Full training provided for the right enthusiastic candidate
  • Willingness to learn MYOB and office systems
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
