Our client is a leading expert in rainwater systems, specialising in spouting, downpipes, rainwater heads, snow hooks, and fascia. Their specialist installers ensure every system performs to a high standard and looks great!

Now, they need you, a highly organised scheduler to keep their install teams on track and their clients happy!

You'll play a key role at daily scheduling, making sure jobs run smoothly and ensuring installers have what they need. You will be customer centric, providing top tier service. From juggling job requests to stock forecasting, invoicing, and liaising with clients and suppliers, you'll be the glue that holds everything together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling install teams like a pro - efficiently and effectively.
• Answering calls, booking jobs, and entering quote requests.
• Forecasting and ordering stock, keeping supplier relationships strong.
• Invoicing completed work.
• Keeping customers informed and happy.
• Reporting to management on workflow, productivity, and expenditure.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Great planning skills and can think on your feet!
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to deal with range of customers and clients - a "thick skin" is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Ability to work to deadlines

Additional Benefits:

• $65,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience).
