Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park.We are seeking a dedicated HealthCare Assistant to join our Variance Response Team at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact through their work, while being part of a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:As a HealthCare Assistant in the Variance Response Management Team, you will:Work under the delegation, direction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) /Enrolled Nurse (EN) to assist patients to meet their activities of daily living, comfort, and safety needs and provide other non-clinical supports for the function and delivery of care.

Provide support and practical help to encourage independence in activities of daily living. You will Elevate safety and or clinical issues to RN/EN, including but not limited to patients who are not progressing with plan, deterioration in health status or level of function, or any relevant information that impacts negatively on health and wellbeing.About You:We are looking for someone who:We are seeking a dedicated HealthCare Assistant to join our Variance Response Management Team at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau.
