Chef (Asian Cuisine) - ?? (???)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable in-house Chef to prepare daily meals for our staff.
You will be responsible for planning daily meals, stock/ingredient ordering, cooking and packaging lunchbox meals, and ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to a high standard, you will be assisted by a kitchen assistant.
This role only requires working during standard office hours, weekdays only. Located in East Tamaki.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare daily lunchbox meals for employees
- Plan meals to provide good variety and rotation
- Order and monitor stock of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other items
- Cook meals to a consistent and high quality
- Portion and package meals into lunchboxes
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen, ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy and hygienic
- Supervise and work alongside 1 kitchen assistant
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
