Wellington - Head chef/sous chef/chef de partie

We are after a brand new team to help us create a cool new restaurant inside one of our Volco bakeries in Wellington. We need 1 head chef, 1 sous, 1 chef de partie and a kitchen hand. This is full time hours from Wednesday to Sunday.

Head chef

Must have experience at this level or an experienced sous chef at a nice restaurant. Must be able to lead a team and work with the executive chef to create menus and manage staff! Needs to be fun and energetic. Passion is key

Sous chef

Must have experience in this position or close too. Needs to assist the head chef in daily roles and to run the kitchen in there absence. Need to be fun and energetic and willing to push there career.

Chef de partie

Needs to be willing to learn and eager. Passion for the industry and be able to run there section. Experience needed.

The restaurant will be a fun, professional and exciting new space with a cool menu and exciting drinks list.
