Location: Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Employment Type: Contractor

Hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm or 4:00pm 4 or 5 days per week (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
  • About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated Personal / Executive Assistant to support a busy doctor who leads a well-established medical clinic and IV lounge.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines executive support with clinic coordination. It will suit someone who is professional, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
  • Manage the doctor’s daily schedule and time management to support smooth clinic operations
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive support throughout the day
Administrative & Communications
  • Respond to emails, messages, and enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Manage social media accounts and communications with patients and professional partners
Clinic Operations & Client Experience
  • Conduct stocktakes of medical and IV infusion supplies
  • Welcome patients and clients into consultation rooms with warmth and professionalism
  • Support meetings by welcoming business partners and offering refreshments
  • Answer phone calls and manage enquiries with discretion and care
General Clinic Support
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure the clinic and IV lounge operate seamlessly
  • Support with practical tasks such as purchasing lunch or coffee, or preparing lunch for the doctor as required
  • About You
