The value of the Senior Coordinator role is to support Programme and Project Leads to plan and deliver fit for purpose projects that achieve the right balance between time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and benefits.
The Senior Coordinator will provide support on all aspects of project and programme delivery including monitoring, reporting, compliance, financials, procurement, risks and issues and scheduling.
The Public Safety Network (PSN) programme provides emergency services with a new digital radio network that is secure.
They are looking for a Senior Coordinator superstar to support two critical pieces of work, dividing their time across both projects on a 50/50 basis.
The PSN-PP Colocation Project prepares Police to utilise the network, by enabling Tait Systems to acquire selected Police Radio sites on a national scale.
The Colocation Coordinator is key to supporting the Property and Build Processes required to acquire Police Radio sites.
This includes overseeing the decommission of remaining Police Radio sites and assets once the new digital radio network is live.
Key Accountabilities: Monitoring and Management of Preliminary and Final Design documentation Site summary
- creating, maintaining and distributing Managing Tait Systems Calendar
- invites/meetings/room bookings Attending project meetings, providing updates, following up actions Supporting Project Manager with Sentient compliance, status reports, updating risks and issues, following up weekly timesheets Governance
- Prepare meeting pack, minuting monthly meeting and maintaining Actions Register Master Tracker Management Process Map updates Management of Health and Safety documentation Supporting the Project Manager with Work Orders and Financial Reconciliation activities Strong financial acumen and ability to track actuals vs forecast across multiple projects in a programme Be able to create and maintain complex project schedules, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure all workstreams align with the wider programme timelines.

Utu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $100, 626 and $109,914 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
