About the Role
As Clinical Administration Support in Planned Care, you will apply your attention to detail, skill for data management and accuracy in supporting our clinical staff in accessing vital patient clinical content which saves lives and improves our patient - s care journey.
This role involves producing accurate records, assisting patients and staff with queries as well as general administrative duties as may be needed.
It is a fixed term full time role, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 4.30PM.

About you
As Clinical Administrative Support, you will:
- have a bright, outgoing personality and will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service,
- be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite,
- be highly empathetic and respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality,
- have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload.
Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
