They are looking for an organised, detail-focused Administrator to join the team and support a range of accounts payable, preparing invoices, health and safety, and general office administration duties. This full time position is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and is keen to contribute to the smooth running of a busy office.
Based in modern, fresh offices in Annesbrook, you will be responsible for preparing completed jobs for invoicing, ensuring all relevant costs have been accounted for, and chasing up purchase orders and supplier invoices. You will also support general ledger entries, processing and filing, as well as reconciling supplier statements, following up on missing invoices, and preparing the creditors run.You'll set up new suppliers and customers in the system, provide admin support for project jobs, and complete weekly reporting.
As part of your role, you will maintain and update staff health and safety training records and update the company's website and social media profiles with new events and relevant content. In addition, you will provide relief cover for the front office Administrator when required and support the Office Manager with general office and administration duties.
To be successful, you will have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. You'll be experienced in accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, and general ledger entries, and comfortable working across a range of systems and databases including simPRO and Xero - experience with these systems would be beneficial but is not essential.You'll be a team player, happy to pitch in when required, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
