ABOUT THE ROLE
Brosnan is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Communications Specialist to join our Growth and Strategy team. If you’re a natural storyteller, confident with content creation and campaign execution, and enjoy working across digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll be second-in-command to our Communications, Brand, and Marketing Manager, shaping the way Brosnan’s brand shows up in the market. You’ll work across web, social, digital advertising, events, and internal communications. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll plan, create, and deliver marketing that builds trust, awareness, and engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Write original content for website, social media, case studies, and newsletters to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the company’s social media, including planning, scheduling, and publishing regular content across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and flag issues or opportunities
- Conduct interviews to generate stories and insights
- Alongside Senior Graphic Designer, plan original video content for social media, instructional videos, and other campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns aligned with business priorities and milestones
- Write and update website content in line with brand tone and strategy, ensuring SEO best practices are followed
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all external communication channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including front-end content creation and back-end tools such as analytics and paid advertising
- Great attention to detail and organisation
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content-focused role
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related area preferred
- Experience in construction, property, or B2B marketing is a bonus, but not required
