Foreman – Architectural Residential construction
SB 2 Build is a high-end residential, Registered Master Builder specialising in architectural new builds, renovations and extensions completed to an exceptional standard across Dunedin.We’re a tight crew of 16, known for sharp systems, tidy sites, and quality that speaks for itself. We’re looking for an experienced Foreman who can confidently run architectural projects, lead a team, and keep jobs on schedule without cutting corners.
The Role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of architectural residential sites — coordinating the build team while maintaining high-end quality and strong site culture.You’ll work under a qualified Building Operations Manager and Project Manager, so you’ll have solid support — but you’ll be trusted to run your site properly, your way.
What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience as a Foreman on architectural residential projects (new builds and/or high-end renovations/extensions)- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to follow and drive construction schedules
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong understanding of NZ building standards and H&S
- Trade qualified
- Very new Toyota HiAce work van + fuel card
- All core tools provided + tool allowance
- Work phone + site tablet
