Leading Hand - Concrete Placing

We're a well-established Concrete placing and Pumping Company looking for an experienced Fore/Lead Operator to take charge of day-to-day site operations and crew leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who knows concrete placing well and is ready to step up into a leadership position with real authority on site.
About the role- Lead and run concrete placing operations on site
- Be the main point of contact with builders and site managers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Liaise with management around scheduling and operational matters
- Proven experience in concrete placing
- Previous foreman/lead operator experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and safety conscious
- Someone who leads by example and earns respect on site
