Job Description: As an HVAC Service Technician at ACSL Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Communicate with clients to explain issues, necessary repairs, and maintenance procedures.

Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical manuals.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
