About the Role:We’re looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in a buzzing environment and knows how to keep the kitchen firing on all cylinders. You'll be the right hand to the Head Chef and help guide a passionate team to deliver consistent quality, creativity, and good times.
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations, team leadership, and kitchen management
- Ensuring consistency and quality across service, prep, and presentation
- Helping lead a talented crew and fostering a positive team culture
- Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food safety, and workplace efficiency
- Contributing to menu development and specials that match our vibrant vibe
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- A hands-on leadership style and team-first mindset
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure service environment
