About the Role The position ofOrderly/Security Orderly is dynamic and multifaceted, playing a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of hospital services. Responsibilities includethe safe and efficient transportation of patients, medical records, equipment,and clinical waste to designated areas within the facility.
This role requiresexceptional customer service skills to interact professionally with bothpatients and staff, as well as the ability to adhere to strict timeframes andmanage the physical demands inherent in the role. Previous experience in ahealthcare setting or in a comparable position would be advantageous, as itwould facilitate a smoother transition and a deeper understanding of theprotocols and expectations associated with this vital position.The hourly rate for this position is $29.25.About theTeam/Service Location Our Hutt Valley Security Orderlies are dedicated professionals committedto fostering a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff at TeWhatu Ora Hutt Valley.
