Branch Manager

Truckstops Albany**, home of Volvo, Mack, UD and Hino, is looking for a new leader.

**About the role**

You will oversee day to day operations across service and parts, driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of 15-20, you will be hands on, people focused, and commercially sharp.

• Leading and mentoring the branch team
• Managing workshop operations and customer relationships
• Driving results, efficiency, and team culture
• Working closely with regional leadership and support teams

• Leadership experience in automotive, transport or related industries
• Strong communication and team building skills
• Solid understanding of workshop or service operations
• A proactive, results driven approach
• Sound understanding of financials including revenue, cost control, and profitability (PBIT)
