About the Role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for experienced real estate leaders looking to take the next step in their career and be part of Cooper & Co's expansion into Central Auckland. You will have the chance to collaborate with and work alongside our team of high-performing, experienced Branch Managers while supporting and working closely with the sales teams.
Ideal for someone passionate about leadership, coaching, and continuous development, this role will allow you to utilise your sales experience and expertise to provide operational support and solutions. You will work with the team to refine their business practices, develop, and implement their business plans and goals.

Your commitment to leading, inspiring, and developing the team will contribute significantly to the success of each salesperson and the broader Cooper & Co team.

About you:

To be considered for this role, you must have an established, successful background in real estate sales. It is essential you have proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to understand, coach and add value to our team in residential sales.

You have the people skills that see others warm to you, and your exceptional communication skills mean you can coach and build those with little to no real estate background as well add value to top performing teams. You'll be motivated by the chance to make a real impact, providing exceptional support and fostering our culture of success.

Your skills/experience:
  • Licenced Real Estate Salesperson or Branch Manager
  • Proven success in real estate sales career.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for wanting to support and develop our sales team.
  • Leadership and team management skills to motivate others and achieve targets.
