Commercial Cleaner

We are looking for 2 passionate and excellence-driven persons with:
- A consistent and exceptional routine and time management skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in cleaning, hygiene, waste, and other relevant services
- Ability to use industrial cleaning and laundry equipment
- A willingness to do a drug test if required
- An ability to work in day and night
- Must be able to work in weekends
- Driving license must
- 6 months experience would be advantage but not essential
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Carpet Cleaning, window cleaning
- Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and surfaces as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when additional supplies are required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes.
- Handle and store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow established procedures for the proper disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Respond to specific cleaning requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Full-time / Part Time , permanent position with minimum 30/20 hours and maximum 40/25 hours per week.
