THE GIG:
Our client is an industry leading, fully integrated construction solutions provider based in Bromley. Made up of several specialised businesses working together, they deliver quality and efficiency across the building industry — from design and manufacturing through to supply and installation — for nearly 30 years.Due to recent exciting growth, an opportunity has opened for a Junior Operations Manager to join the fold and support the Ops Manager and team in achieving operational success.
You'll be working with a bunch of friendly, talented individuals who live and breathe the construction industry. You will work across the three core divisions - the yard, shop and inventory. You will lead a small team to ensure the timely, efficient fulfilling of orders, exceptional service and smooth, profitable operational running of these three core departments.
Part of a wider group of construction businesses, this junior role has a career pathway in place to become Operations Manager for the right person.
