This is a great opportunity to enable growth with support.Your role will include:jointly supporting allied health, scientific and technical staff across the above areas to operate effectively, using contemporary models of care, on a day-to-day basispartnering with other professional leadership and service management to optimise the effective and efficient running of the servicesfostering excellence in quality allied health, scientific and technical standards, practice and professional conduct.View position description.About you:Experience in and knowledge of clinical quality and best practice and their application to the health sectorDemonstrated ability to overview the practice of team members to ensure the needs of both patient and the organisation are appropriately addressedProven ability to provide up to date professional advice to team members in relation to clinical and operational skills and practiceExperience and knowledge of the health sector challenges and opportunitiesKnowledge of the Southern Health System and future models of care would be desirableWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
