- $95k–$115k AUD package (base + OT + allowances) — pay aligned to your experience and tickets.

Your role- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems (split, ducted, VRV, commercial cool rooms, etc.).
- Perform installs and upgrades to Trimech standards.
- Provide professional service to Customers across residential and commercial sectors.
- Work independently and within a supportive service team.
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or Electrical + relevant experience).
- ARCtick licence or equivalent (UK F-Gas, NZ Refrigeration Ticket – we can assist with conversion).
- Valid driver’s licence and White Card / Construction Card
- Positive attitude, ability to work unsupervised, and willingness to join the on-call roster.
- Police / Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Assistance with relocation and temporary accommodation.
