About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Customer Host / Receptionist in Wellington, you'll be a natural at welcoming people when they arrive, finding out what they need, and directing them to the right ACC team or communication channel.
You will be part of a nationwide administration whānau that works together to deliver fast, consistent support. From prioritising and actioning requests to helping our kaimahi onsite, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
No two days are the same! We're looking for an adaptable all-rounder who thrives on variety, can think on their feet, enjoys solving problems, and performs well under pressure. You'll move around the building, building strong connections and providing proactive support to our people.

The salary is $60,486 - $68,314 dependent on the skills you can bring to the position. Additional to the base salary, we provide a 9% superannuation contribution.
