We are looking for a driven, hands-on Regional Manager to support and grow Luxurious Spa and Nails franchise locations across the South Island.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving business performance, supporting franchise owners, and driving sales across multiple locations while maintaining strong brand standards.
About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of franchised salon locations across the South Island.You will work closely with franchise owners and their teams to improve sales, address operational challenges, and ensure each salon is operating efficiently and consistently. This role is a mix of being on the road visiting salons and working remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Support franchise owners with day-to-day operations and staffing challenges
- Drive sales growth and improve underperforming salons
- Build strong working relationships with franchisees and their teams
- Ensure all locations meet Luxurious Spa and Nails brand standards
- Conduct regular salon visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Develop strategic partnerships with large companies to drive sales
- Support onboarding and training of new franchisees
- Experience in multi-site, retail, or franchise environments
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and performance
- Confident working with business owners and teams
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing and able to travel regularly
