About the Company
FANTASTIC 4 Ltd is a growing, reputable commercial cleaning company providing high-quality services to businesses across New Zealand. With a strong focus on reliability, customer service, and long-term partnerships, we are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, results-driven role focused on generating new business and growing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong partnerships with commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts
Proactively prospect, cold call, and attend client meetings
Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
About You
Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or services industry is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Full NZ driver’s licence
Eligible to work in New Zealand
