As a Duty Manager at the Petone Club, you'll be in charge of the entire operation, ensuring our team is fully dedicated to exceeding our member expectations at every turn.

What we're seeking:
A current LCQ/Manager's License and Harm Minimisation Certificate is essential.
Proven hospitality experience in a busy, fast-paced Club or Bar environment.
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, gaming, TAB, security and function operations is a must.
Availability across a 7-day rotational roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Proficiency in venue opening/closing procedures and cash management.
Demonstrated leadership in staff management, training and conflict resolution.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering member and team relationships.
Ability to thrive under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial to your success.

Remuneration will be based on prior knowledge and experience.
