Cleaning Operations Manager

The pay per hour is $30 - 35 depending on your experience and you are guaranteed 30 hours per week. The job required a minimum Diploma level qualification or at least three years of relevant experience.

The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all cleaning operations at Shreenath Enterprise Limited to ensure high service standards, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and support sustainable business growth.

• Plan and manage cleaning operations at Shreenath Enterprise Limited.
• Set and maintain service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee overall operations of cleaning services provided to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Promote cleaning services to existing and new clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage client feedback and resolve client complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage the performance of cleaning staff and supervisors.
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Promote and ensure safe work practices and staff adherence to safety requirements.
• Prepare and manage the operational budgets and ensure profit optimisation.
• Prepare reports, quotes, oversee invoicing and GST, and monitor financial performance.
• Manage vehicles, equipment, fuel, and cleaning supplies required for service operations.

• Driver Licence
