This role is heavily involved with administrative processes for outpatients, and we're looking for someone who is 'on the ball' when it comes to ensuring that the necessary administration duties are absolutely spot on!
The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.Tasks include but are not limited to:making appointments (new and follow up) for multiple specialist medical and surgical servicesentering appointments into the computer systempreparing referrals to send to Clinicians for triagingreceiving referrals backloading referrals onto waiting lists from which appointments for clinics and associated tests are made.About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand
