Chef – Aged Care, Putaruru
Shifts could be: 9:30am – 5:00pm or 5:30am – 2:00pm

We have an opportunity for a reliable and energetic individual with a friendly can-do attitude to join our Cafe team based at Rangiura Resthome in Putaruru where we cater for around 70 residents daily. Come and help us deliver the best food service in the industry!
We require a chef with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, who can support the Chef Manager to:- Deliver a high volume of healthy and nutritious meals
- Prepare meals in bulk cooking style
- Monitor quality of food at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Portray an extensive knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to implement NZ food control and safety regulations
- a people person, who enjoys working in hospitality
- great at multi-tasking and can keep calm under pressure
- have experience in a café environment
- willing to learn and be a part of a great team
- have a passion for food
