• Ensure all reservations are made, entered and updated correctly
• Ensure accuracy with billing
• Check in hotel guests successfully on arrival
• Check out hotel guests successfully on departure
• Assist hotel guests with luggage or any other requests during their stay
• Ensure a high communication level between staff and that all messages are passed on to

• Ensure correct standard operations for reception are always followed
• Greet hotel guests, visitors and shop customers in a friendly manner
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are handled with care
• Provide quality support to the Managers and Housekeeping team
• Contribute to preparation/cleaning of hotel, tea and coffee facilities and lounge areas
• Provide stayover service to the allocated guest rooms when needed
• Provide turndown service to the allocated guest rooms when needed
• Handle guest complaints with care, notifying managers if applicable
• Any other duties required by the reporting manager
• Manage long term tenants.
• Manage contractors to co-ordinate with the repairs.
