Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Arborist Team Leader who takes pride in delivering top-notch arboricultural work while mentoring and supporting apprentices and climbers. This role is about leadership, excellence, and a commitment to both the craft and the people around you.
What You Need to SucceedLevel 4 Cert in Arboriculture
Clean Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 2 preferred)
Proven Team Leadership Experience
Positive Attitude and a Willingness to Learn & Teach
Great Communication Skills and a Team Spirit
A Genuine Interest in others and their success
