Project Manager & Account Manager (Combined Role)

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to take on a combined Project Manager and Account Manager role. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in both client management and project coordination, working with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional results.
Experience in signage or building is essential for this role.
About the Role:This dual-role position requires a 50/50 focus on project management and account management. You will oversee signage projects from concept to completion, while also serving as the key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, sales, and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
This position may appeal to someone currently working in the signage industry who is looking to expand their career off the tools and into management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:- Oversee multiple signage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Communicate client progress and feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and/or account management (experience in the signage industry is a strong advantage).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- Graphic design or signage design knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
