Camp Manager– Property Manager (2 Roles) (Rotorua, NZ)

Location: Lakes Ranch, Rotorua | Full-Time

Lakes Ranch is a unique, faith-based residential campsite situated just 15 minutes from Rotorua and an hour from Tauranga. Set across a beautiful natural landscape with three camp facilities and a horse-riding area, we host a wide variety of events and groups throughout the year.

At the heart of all we do is a commitment to expressing Christian faith through gracious hospitality and purposeful ministry.

We are seeking a relational, skilled, and faith-filled Camp Manager to lead our team and guide the day-to-day operations of Lakes Ranch, while upholding our Christian mission, vision, and values.

You’ll need experience in business or team management, HR, and H&S – plus a heart to serve and express the Christian faith through hospitality and action.

Property Manager (Live-On-Site)

We are seeking a practical, hands-on Property Manager with a heart for service and stewardship to join our team and help care for the beautiful site God has entrusted to us.
About the Role:

The Property Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and improving our camp facilities and grounds. You’ll oversee all aspects of property care—from general maintenance and repair, to managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

This is a live-on-site role and includes accommodation as part of the package.
