Executive Assistant / Business Manager – Commercial Real Estate 25–40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly capable, driven, and detail-focused Personal Assistant / Business Manager to support and manage the operations of a high-performing Commercial Real Estate sales team.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, enjoys taking ownership, and has the ability to think proactively and independently. You’ll be working closely with a top-tier salesperson and their business partner to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the business—from administration and marketing to pipeline management and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level personal assistance and business support to a busy Commercial Real Estate agent/team.
- Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate activities across the business.
- Oversee team workflow, systems, and deadlines, ensuring all tasks and projects stay on track.
- Solve problems quickly and resourcefully—whether it's a system issue, client need, or process bottleneck.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage documentation, contracts, listings, and marketing materials with exceptional accuracy.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, solicitors, suppliers, and marketing teams.
- Take ownership of team administration, calendar management, CRM/database maintenance, and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure a polished and professional brand presence is maintained across all platforms.
- Ideally minimum 2+ years in a PA, EA, business management, or operations role—ideally in real estate or a professional services environment.
- Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail—nothing gets past you.
- A natural problem-solver—you love figuring things out and making them better.
- Self-motivated and independent—you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A true “can-do” attitude—happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in where needed.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing and coordinating a small but high-performing team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and cloud-based tools.
