Store Manager

This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem solving kills, as we as hands-on approach to achieving store goals.

Candidates must have at least three years experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of six months in a managerial position.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of the store
• Lead, train and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
• Manage staff rosters, performance, and development
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
• Oversee and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions to ensure proper stock control and reporting.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with food quality and service standards, addressing any feedback promptly and professionally
• Ensure company polices and operational procedures are followed
• Drive a positive, energetic, and team focused workplace culture
• Ensure the store follows all health and safety rules to keep team members and customers safe
• Serve and upsell menu items while helping customers choose meals and deals that suit their needs
