One Full-Time Permanent Position as Store Manager at The Orchard Thieves, Hamilton
Salary: NZD $28-32/- per hour
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

At Aarmin Enterprises Limited trading as The Orchard Thieves, Hamilton we are looking for a Store Manager.At The Orchard Theives we serve Pizza and other dishes such as a large range of burgers, breadsticks, desserts, and beverages. Making a real pizza from scratch. real food, great staff.

As a Store Manager your key responsibilities include :
Effectively manage the overall operations of the Venue.Lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operationsofbusiness
Strategically plan the growth of business at local level ensuring maximum regular casual customer at the store
Planning and organising special functions
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluation
Plans and coordinates the daily operations of The Orchard Theives
Oversees the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies as needed
Manages budgets and financial transactions, including cash handling and reporting
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Take random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer service and use the same for making change in strategy of the business
Plan Menu in consultation with the chef/cook (Whenever required)
Plan promotions and combos to attract customers as part of marketing
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensure facilities at venue comply with health regulations and are clean, functional andofsuitable appearance
Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis
Create a positive consumers experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuringallstaff engage customers
Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices
Follow the venue policies and procedures including those for cash handlingandsafety/security
Stocktake periodically and to check for difference in physical stock and stock in books.
Make policies and checks to minimise stock expiry and wastage and to minimize the difference between physical stock at store and stock in books
Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
Requirements:Qualification i.e. Diploma in Business or hospitality OR three years relevant work experience as Manager in similar industry

Good communication skills
Reliable and honest
Be able to work on weekend and on public holidays
Previous relevant experience as Manager in the similar industry will be preferred.
Please note, this is a full-time position with rostered/split shifts, including weekends. Applicant should be available as per the rostered shifts including weekends.
