About the Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to lead a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. You'll play a key role in order dispatch, stock control, and fostering a positive team culture — all while ensuring our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.

• Supervise and support warehouse staff to meet deadlines and accuracy targets
• Distribute workload evenly and manage workflow bottlenecks
• Oversee order picking, dispatch, stock rotation, and general housekeeping
• Provide hands-on support and training where needed
• Promote team spirit and ensure safe working practices

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Computer literate and confident with warehouse systems
• Clean driver's licence and able to pass a drug test
• A proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
