Handyman / Builder Wanted – Wooden Field Bin Construction (So Sweet, Woodlands, Southland)

So Sweet, vegetable growers based in Woodlands, Southland, are looking for a skilled and reliable person with construction or handyman experience to build 100 wooden field bins.

This is a short-term contract role that must be completed after normal working hours (evenings or weekends) and finished by the end of July 2025. Ideal for someone looking to earn extra income on the side.

Details:

Build 100 standard wooden field bins

Work must be completed outside of normal packhouse hours

Must be completed by 31 July 2025

You’ll need to supply your own tools and have your own vehicle

Materials provided on site

Paid per bin or by negotiation

Requirements:

Experience with basic construction or timber work

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Own tools and reliable transport

Commitment to completing the job on time
