Building and Construction Training Manager
We manage and coordinate our apprentice’s employment and training to ensure qualification completion in a timely manner.
Our Training Managers are natural born mentors, passionate about apprenticeship training, and thrive on a challenge.
Great people skills go without saying as does being able to build a rapport with people from all walks of life. In addition to the building and construction industry you will work with schools and tertiary training providers recruiting candidates for apprenticeships.
Actively promoting the group training concept to employers in the workplace is essential, therefore local industry knowledge is important.
You are a qualified carpenter who derives a sense of achievement from encouraging and enabling more people to become involved in apprenticeship training.
Being self motivated, knowledgeable, and taking pride in your work is a must.
This role is full time and based in Invercargill.
A full driver’s license is required.
