Hey there!?We’re a growing plumbing business on the rise, and we’re on the lookout for an absolute gem of an Office Manager to help us keep things running like a well-oiled (or well-plumbed) machine.If you’ve got experience keeping tradies in line, know your way around job scheduling, and can create processes that actually work, you might just be our new favourite person.
What You’ll Be Doing (aka The Important Stuff)- Keeping our day-to-day admin and operations under control
- Scheduling jobs, managing customer calls, and making sure no one forgets their appointments
- Helping us put smart systems and processes in place as we grow
- Handling invoicing, supplier coordination, and other bits that make the wheels turn
- Working closely with our plumbers to make sure jobs run smoothly (and they don’t forget their tools!)
- You’ve been an Office Manager before—bonus points if it was with a plumbing or trade-based business
- You’re super organised, love a good checklist, and can juggle tasks like a circus pro
- You’ve got experience with SimPro or similar job management software (or you’re a quick learner!)
- You can work from home independently without needing someone to chase you up every five minutes
- You’re not afraid to take initiative, make suggestions, and help build better ways of working
- A flexible, work-from-home role (we’ll eventually move into a proper office—yes, with coffee)
