Chef de partie
Kaikoura
Zephyr Restaurant is looking for a junior chef or chef de partie to join our small team, intimate evening dining restaurant in beautiful KAIKOURA 21/2 hours north of Christchurch. Hours and days of operation vary(peak/ off peak)but wherever possible days off permanently assigned.
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
Fixed term contract until the end of April.
With full support from the owners/operators and existing chef, this role will have day to day responsibility for ensuring service delivery and food control plans are adhered to.
This role is for evenings only, no split shifts, with a tailored menu designed to appeal to locals and guests alike, everything is made on site.
